Mystery Kit Info
Yes! Enter any relevant information including teams you support, clubs you hate, or anything else through an Order Note (located inside the cart).
Add an Order Note (located inside the cart) listing your previously received or owned teams and I'll make sure to get you something different each time.
All items found on the site are authentic! I only carry real products from trusted sources, no fakes here!
Please note that most Mystery Kits fit true to size. The Mystery Kits sizing is based on the Replica jersey sizing (looser than Authentic/Player Version) of a given brand. For those that prefer different sizes in certain brands, please enter that information in the Cart in the "Add Order Note" box. Each kit is measured to make sure it falls into the correct size category, however some brands can run slightly loose, tight, or in some way different than your ideal fit. This is not necessary for those that don't have a strong preference, but for those that do, this is a way to make sure you get a shirt you are fully happy with.Certain kits can run a full size small. In the event that one of these smaller jerseys is being sent to you, we will send one size bigger than what was requested. So for example, if you ordered a size Large, but the shirt ran small, you would receive an X-Large.

Canada ($18+): 10 - 14 business days
International ($22+): 14 - 21 business days
Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping information.
Orders to Canada start at $18 for shipping and increases based on weight. International shipping to all other countries starts at $22 and also increases based on the amount of items ordered.
Mystery Kit Subscriptions
Gift Subscriptions are prepaid where the recipient gets one Mystery Kit per month for a set amount of time. Teams sent during the course of the subscription will be recorded to avoid any duplicates.
Once the subscription ends, it does not auto-renew.
Monthly Subscriptions auto-renew every month on roughly the same day. Teams sent during the course of the subscription will be recorded to avoid any duplicates.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by using the "Contact" section in the top menu or directly in the customer portal.

Send an email using the "Contact" section found in the top menu. Items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must show no signs of wear. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
